The potential for mutations and genetic changes are too many to even put into words this sounds like the basis for a new science fiction movie, too bad I do not have that ability.

As in any new innovation or creation developed by man there should be a great dose of skepticism and analysis prior to implementing anything related to AI on any level. There are many instances where devices or technologies over the course of human history have had dramatic changes and impacts on the human condition and unforeseen consequences.

Having said that though, there are sometimes no way to see the outcomes or affects of these devices and technologies until they are fully developed.
